Do I need to seek permission from church/registry office to have a videographer present?
It is advisable to let your minister or registrar know in advance that there will be a videographer present at the ceremony. It is your responsibility to make sure that we have permission to film. Please assure them that we do not need to move around during the ceremony but would appreciate a favourable static position near the Bride and Groom. On the day, we arrive in plenty of time to sort out any other details with the minister/registrar.
Do you meet with us before the day?
Due to the number of bookings we have every year it has become difficult to meet all our clients in person before the wedding day. There simply isn't enough time. You are welcome to come to us in Cranleigh for a face to face meeting, or we can have a detailed chat on the phone to confirm arrangements and to discuss the day and your package in detail.
